The entire dress is made of sheer, teal tulle (netting), except for the bodice (the upper front) and the mock turtleneck collar at the neck, which is made of a stretchy teal knit. Sparkly silver sequins create beautiful waves across the bodice, as well as edge the long sleeves made from teal tulle. The skirt is made of 4 layers of tulle which can be pulled apart to create a fuller skirt, and each layer is edged with the same sparkly silver sequins that are on the other parts of the dress. Teal cotton panties help hide the parts that need to be hidden, and a headbow made from the teal tulle and sparkly silver sequins clips onto hair for just the perfect look.
